Resibo sa pagboto dapat nang isama sa preparasyon ng matapos ang SC ruling ayon kay Sen. Marcos
Matapos magdesisyon ang Korte Suprema na dapat mag-isyu ng resibo ang vote counting machines (VCMs) ay dapat na umano itong isama sa paghahanda ng Comelec.
Ayon kay vice presidential candidate at Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr. sa lalong madaling panahon dapat atupagin na ng Comelec ang preparasyon para sa makatugon sa utos ng Mataas na Hukuman.
“The high court has spoken and the Comelec must comply with the high court’s decision. No matter how the Comelec feels about it, the body should immediately begin preparations in accordance with the ruling,” said Marcos.
Sa botong 14-0 nagpasya ang Korte Suprema na paburan ang petisyon na humihiling na i-activate ng Comelec ang Voter Verification Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) features ng VCM.
Sinabi ng Comelec na malaking problema ito sa kanilang preparasyon dahil sasailalim sa reconfiguration ang mga VCM para makatugon sila sa SC decision.
