Ilan pang LSI, nakauwi na sa Davao City

Ligtas na nakarating ang ilang locally stranded individual (LSI) sa Davao City, araw ng Biyernes (September 25).

Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), lulan ng BRP Gabriela Silang (OPV-8301) ang 75 LSIs na nagmula sa Lungsod ng Maynila.

Katuwang ang PCG disembarkation ng mga LSI sa naturang probinsya.

Nag-abot din ng food packs ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) para sa LSIs.

Siniguro rin ng ahensya na nasunod ang minimum health standard gaya ng physical distancing, at pagsusuot ng face mask at face shield.

May nakahanda ring shuttle bus ang ilang local government unit (LGU) upang ihatid sa mga LSI sa designated isolation facility para sa mandatory quarantine.

Sinabi ng PCG na bahagi ito ng kanilang kontribusyon sa “Hatid Tulong Initiative” ng gobyerno upang matiyak na ligtas na makakauwi ng probinsya ang LSIs sa gitna ng COVID-19 pandemic.
