Ayon kay AFP Spokesman Brigadier General Restituto Padilla isa si Fallorina sa apat na mga pinagpilian para sa pwesto.
Papalitan ni Fallorina si Lieutenant General Jeffrey Delgado na magreretiro sa March 20.
June 8, 2015 ng maupo si Fallorina bilang Deputy Chief of Staff ng AFP.
Kabilang sa mga posisyong hinawakan ni Fallorina ang Deputy Chief of Staff for Comptrollership at Airforce internal auditor.
Miyembro ng PMA class of ‘83 at tubong Jaro, Iloilo si Fallorina.
