Dahil sa pagpapakalat ng balitang siya ay buntis, Julia Baretto nagsampa ng reklamo vs Jay Sonza
Naghain ng reklamo ang aktres na si Julia Barretto laban sa dating broadcaster na si Jay Sonza matapos ang pahayag nito na buntis ang aktres.
Ayon kay National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Cybercrime Division chief Victor Lorenzo reklamong cyber libel at paglabag sa Safe Spaces Act ang isnampa ng aktres laban Sonza.
Kinumpirma din Lorenzo na personal na nagtungo si Julia sa NBI Cybercrime Division alas 11:00 ng umaga ng Biyernes (sept. 25) para isampa ang reklamo.
Una nang tinawag ni Baretto na “fake news” ang mga balitang buntis siya kalakip ng larawan niya sa Instagram.
Sa post ni Sonza ay sinabi nitong buntis si Julia sa aktor na si Gerald Anderson.
