Sinabi ni Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez na kailangang ilagay sa MGCQ ang Metro Manila upang makausad ang ekonomiya ng bansa.
Dagdag pa ni Lopez na sakaling ilagay sa MGCQ ang Metro Manila ay kailangan pa ring magpatupad ng mahigpit na lockdown sa mga lugar na may mataas na kaso ng COVID-19.
