P1.36-M halaga ng shabu, nasamsam sa drug suspect sa Tagbilaran City
Nasabat ng mga otoridad ang mahigit P1 milyong halaga ng hinihinalang shabu sa Tagbiliran City, Biyernes ng gabi.
Ayon sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Central Visayas (PDEA RO7), isinagawa ang buy-bust operation sa bahagi ng C. Ligason St. Corner CPG East Avenue sa Barangay Bool bandang 6:20 ng gabi.
Nagresulta ang operasyon sa pagkakaaresto sa high-value target na si Camilo Ibay Malicse, 50-anyos.
Nakuha kay Malicse ang pitong heat sealed transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P1,360,000.
Nakumpiska rin ang ginamit na buy-bust money at iba pang non-drug evidence.
Mahaharap si Malicse sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11 Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
