Southest Monsoon, magdudulot pa rin ng pag-ulan sa malaking bahagi ng bansa

Patuloy pa ring umiiral ang Southest Monsoon o Habagat sa bansa.

Ayon kay PAGASA weather specislist Chris Perez, Huwebes ng gabi (September 17), inaasahang magdudulot pa rin ito ng maulap na kalangitan na may pag-ulan, pagkidlat at pagkulog.

Partikular na maaapektuhan nito ang Central Luzon, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol region, buong Visayas at Zamboanga Peninsula.

Asahan naman aniyang unti-unti nang bubuti ang lagay ng panahon sa natitirang bahagi ng bansa.

Samantala, ang Tropical Storm Noul na dating tinawag na Leon ay nasa layong 530 kilometers North Northwest ng Pagasa Islands, Palawan.

Kahit nasa labas na ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at wala nang direktang epekto sa bansa, pinalalakas pa rin nito ang habagat.
