Hold Departure Order laban sa mga opisyal ng PhilHealth na sangkot sa anomalya dapat ilabas

Hinikayat ni Deputy Majority Leader Bernadette Herrera ang pamahalaan na magpalabas ng hold departure order (HDO) laban sa mga opisyal ng PhilHealth na sangkot sa katiwalian.

Ayon kay Herrera, makakatulong sa pormal na paghahain ng kaso kung makapaglalabas agad ng immigration watchlists, hold departure order at Interpol red notices laban sa PhilHealth executives.

Dapat din ayon sa mambabatas na i-secure ng Department of Justice (DOJ) at National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) ang mga dokumento at computer ng PhilHealth bilang mga ebidensya sa pagsasampa ng kaso.

Kung mas maaga anyang makapaglalabas ng legal authorization ang mga otoridad ay matitiyak na hindi mabubura o mawawala ang mga kinakailangang dokumento mula sa PhilHealth na magdidiin sa mga akusado sa kanilang katiwalian.

Samantala, naniniwala naman si ACTI-CIS Partylist Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo na hindi dapat ma-abswelto si Health Sec. Francisco Duque III sa nangyaring gusot sa PhilHealth.

Muli namang ipinanawagan ni Tulfo na isailalim sa hospital arrest si dating PhilHealth President & CEO Ricardo Morales bunsod naman ng iniinda nitong lymphoma.
