Pamamahagi ng ikalawang bugso ng SAP, malapit nang matapos ng DSWD

Nasa 97 porsyento ng tapos ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) sa pamamahagi ng ikalawang tranche ng Social Amelioration Program (SAP).

Sa pagdinig ng House committee on appropriations sa panukalang P171.2 bilyong 2021 budget ng DSWD, sinabi ni Sec. Rolando Bautista na P82.7 bilyon na ang kanilang naipamahagi.

Mula ito sa P100 bilyong pondo sa ikalawang yugto ng programa na may 14.1 million target beneficiaries.

Sa ilalim ng Bayanihan to Heal as One Act (Bayanihan 1), makakatanggap ng P5,000 hanggang P8,000 ang bawat low-income household.

Ayon kay Bautista, idinaan nila ang ayudang ito sa pamamagitan ng direct payout o digital payment system.
