Overall progress rate ng LRT-2 East Extension Project, nasa 92 porsyento na – DOTr
Tuluy-tuloy pa rin ang pagsasagawa ng Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT-2) East Extension Project.
Ayon sa Department of Transportation (DOTr), 92.14 porsyento na ang overall progress rate ng naturang proyekto.
Inaasahang magiging fully operational ito sa buwan ng Abril taong 2021.
Kasama sa 3.8-kilometer railway extension project ang pagtatayo ng dalawang bagong istasyon; Emerald station sa Marikina, at Masinag station sa Antipolo, Rizal.
Oras na matapos ang proyekto, mula mula sa tatlong oras na biyahe sa pamamagitan ng bus o jeep, inaasahang magiging 40 minuto na lamang ang biyahe mula Masinag, Antipolo hanggang Recto, Maynila.
