23 preso sa Oriental Mindoro Provincial Jail positibo sa COVID-19

Dalawampu’t tatlo pang preso sa Oriental Mindoro Provincial Jail (OMPJ) ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Sa inilabas na datos ng City Health and Sanitation Department, sa 29 bagong kaso na naitala sa Calapan City, 23 ay pawang mga preso mula sa naturang bilangguan.

Isa ring staff ng OMPJ ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Noong Sept. 10, iniulat ni Calapan Mayor Arnan Panaligan na 15 provincial jail inmates ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19.

Ito ay makaraang 188 na preso ang isinailalim sa swab test.
