Walang inilatag na kondisyon ang Estados Unidos para makakuha ang bansa ng bakuna kontra COVID-19.

Sinabi ito ni Health Usec. Maria Rosario Vergeire kasunod ng mga spekulasyon na ang bakuna kontra COVID-19 ang kapalit ng absolute pardon kay US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton.
