Pangulong Duterte, itinalaga si Cezar Mancao II sa isang puwesto sa DICT
Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si dating police officer Cezar Mancao II bilang Executive Director V ng Cybercrime Investigation and Coordination Center ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, kumpiyansa ang Palasyo na magagampanan ni Mancao ang kanyang bagong tungkulin.
“We are confident that Mr. Mancao’s professional credentials would contribute in cybercrime prevention in the country,” pahayag ni Roque.
Hangad aniya ng Palasyo ang tagumpay ni Mancao.
“We wish him good luck in his new assignment,” pahayag ni Mancao.
Si Mancao ay kasama ni Senador Panfilo Lacson na nakasuhan kaugnay sa pagpatay sa publicist na si Salvador “Bubby” Dacer at drayber nitong si Emmanuel Corbito noong 2000.
Nagtago at sumurender si Mancao sa Philippine National Police noong 2017
