Pinoy scholars hinahanap ng Russian Government

Inaanyayahan ng Russian Government ang mga Filipino students at graduates upang i-avail ang kanilang scholarship grants sa mga unibersidad sa kanilang bansa.

Sa pagdinig ng House Committee on People Participation na pinamumunuan ni San Jose Del Monte Rep. Rida Robes, sinabi Denis Karenin, Second Secretary ng Russian Embassy na kada taon ay mayroon silang scholarship program sa mga Filipino pero kakaunti lamang ang lumalahok dito.

Nagbibigay ayon sa Russian official ang kanilang gobyerno ng scholarship sa kahit anong field of study para sa graduate at post-graduate courses kabilang ang nuclear physics, agriculture, medicine, energy, railway management pero ang kanilang magiging scholar ay maaring mamimili ng nais nilang aralin sa Russia.

Sagot ng Russian Government ang tution at accommodation pero ang estudyante naman ang bahala sa kanyang airfare.

Bukod sa mga indibidwal maging ang mga local government unit ay maaring mag-apply para sa kanilang mamamayan.

Sabi naman ni Robes, maswerte ang Pilipinas sa ganitong oportunidad na ipinagkakaloob sa mga mamamayan.
Mahalaga anya ang ganitong ugnayan ng ng mga bansa para sa pagbibigay ng edukasyon sa mga estudyante.

“We are very fortunate that this kind of opportunity is being offered to us. This is the kind of partnership that we need in order to give our young students valuable education in their fields of interest,” sabi ni Robes.
