Blacklisted company na nakakuha ng kontrata sa PPE maaring makasuhan ayon sa Malakanang

Pinag-aaralan na ngayon ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) kung may pananagutang legal ang isang kumpanya na nakakuha ng kontrata sa gobyerno para sa pagbili ng personal protective equipment o PPE na ginagamit kontra COVID-19.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, may ginagawa nang imbestigasyon ang DBM kung iisa lamang ang may ari ng Ferjan Healthlink Enterprises at Ferjan Healthlink Philippines Incorporated.

Nabatid na ang Ferjan Healthlink Enterprises ay blacklisted na sa DBM samantalang ang Ferjan Healthlink Philippines Incorporated naman ang nakakuha ng kontrata sa PPE.

Kapag napatunayan aniya na iisa ang may-ari sa dalawang nabanggit na kumpanya, maaring makansela ang kontrata.

Kapag blacklisted na ang isang kumpanya, hindi na dapat na sumasali sa mga bidding process sa mga proyekto sa gobyerno.
