Alkalde sa Nueva Ecija nakaligtas sa ambush

Nakaligtas sa pananambang ang alkalde ng San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.

Lulan ng kotse si San Antonio Mayor Arvin Salonga at kaniyang bodyguard nang sila ay pagbabarilin ng hindi nakilalang mga suspek.

Nasugatan sa nasabing insidente ang bodyguard ng mayor.

Patuloy pa ang ginagawang imbestigasyon at manhunt ng pulisya.

Noong January 2008, nasawi sa pamamaril ang secretary ni Salonga na si Alexander Santiago Silva.
