P850,000 halaga ng shabu, nasabat sa Cebu City
Arestado ang dalawang high-value target sa ikinasang buy-bust operation sa Cebu City, Martes ng hapon.
Isinagawa ng mga tauhan ng PDEA RO VII – Regional Special Enforcement Team at RID-PRO 7 ang operasyon sa bahagi ng Caltex Transport Service Station sa Magalles Street Corner Climaco, Pahina Central dakong 3:20 ng hapon.
Nagresulta ang operasyon sa pagkakaaresto kina Tom Aliviado Villacarillo, 43-anyos, at Jesus Cecilio Ortiz Sepe, 29-anyos.
Lumabas pa sa imbestigasyon na si Villacarillo ay nagkaroon dati ng kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 6425 at Frustrated Homicide.
Nakumpiska ng mga otoridad sa dalawang suspek ang limang plastic packs na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu, ginamit na buy-bust money at iba pang non-drug evidence.
Kasong paglabag sa Section 5 na may kinalaman sa 26b, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act 2002 ang isasampa laban sa mga suspek.
