Rapist-killer ex-Laguna mayor, inilipat ng ospital
Guwardiyado si dating Calauan, Laguna Mayor Antonio Sanchez sa Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center kung saan ito inilipat noong Biyernes dahil sa iba’t ibang karamdaman.
Sinabi ni Justice spokesman Markk Perete na apat na tauhan ng Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) ang nagbabantay kay Sanchez.
Una nang na-confine sa New Bilibid Prison Hospital si Sanchez dahil sa sakit sa bato at baga at iba pang karamdaman.
Ayon kay Perete, nag-usap ang mga doktor noong Biyernes at napagkasunduan na kailangan nang ibayong pagsusuri kay Sanchez.
Sumailalim din sa swab test si Sanchez at lumabas na negatibo naman ito sa nakakamatay na COVID-19.
Hinatulan ng pitong habambuhay na pagkabilanggo si Sanchez dahil sa panggagahasa at pagpatay sa UPLB student na si Aileen Sarmenta at sa boyfriend nitong si Allan Gomez noong 1993.
