Kampo ni Pemberton, ikinalugod ang pagbibigay ng pardon ni Pangulong Duterte
Ikinalugod ng kampo ni US Marine Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton ang ginawang pagbibigay ng pardon dito ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ayon kay Atty. Rowena Garcia Flores, kahit maraming grupo ang pumipigil upang palayain ang kanyang kliyente ay nanaig ang batas.
Sabi nito, bilang isang abogado ang pangulo ay alam nito ang nararapat gawin upang manaig ang batas at hustisya.
Dahil dito, moot and academic na aniya ang pagdinig ng Olongapo RTC sa motion for reconsideration upang pigilan ang paglaya ng kanyang kliyente dahil sa good conduct time allowance.
Immediately executory aniya ang pardon at ang kailangan lamang ay masunod ang mga kinakailangang requirements ng Bureau of Corrections at Bureau of Immigration.
