Sen. Sotto, umaasang mababago ang isip ni Pangulong Duterte sa tiwala kay Duque
Umaasa si Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto na mababago ang isip ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa pagtitiwala kay Health Secretary Francisco Duque III kapag mababasa na ang Senate committee report kaugnay sa P15 bilyong anomalya sa PhilHealth.
Ayon kay Sotto, kinakailangan na marekober ng PhilHealth ang bilyong pisong pondo sa Interim Reimbursement Mechanism o IRM na ibinigay sa mga ospital at iba pang medical facilities.
Ayon kay Sotto, may mga ospital at medicial facilites na hindi naman karapat-dapat na mabigyan ng special financial package para sa COVID-19.
Una rito, sinabi ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque na buo pa rin ang tiwala ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte kay Duque kahit na nadadawit sa kontrobersiya sa PhilHealth.
