Inflation na naitala noong buwan ng Agosto 2.4 percent ayon sa PSA

Nakapagtala ng 2.4 percent na headline inflation para sa buwan ng Agosto.
Ayon sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), mas mabagal ang pagtaas ng presyo ng bilihin at serbisyo para sa buwan ng Agosto kumpara sa 2.7 percent noong Hulyo.
Pangunahing dahilan ng pagbagal ng inflation sa buwan ng Agosto ay ang pagbaba ng presyo ng Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages.
May ambag din sa pagbagal ng inflation ang transportasyon at ang Restaurant and Miscellaneous Goods and Services.
