Natukoy na ng Manila City government ang laboratoryo kung saan nagmula ang nagkalat na rapid test kits sa Sampaloc, Maynila.
Nakita ang mga nagkalat na rapid test kits sa kahabaan ng M. Dela Fuente Street.
Ayon sa Manila Public Information Office (PIO), pumunta si Bureau of Permits Director Levi Facundo sa CP Diagnostics Center sa Quiapo para sa pag-isyu ng show cause order.
Pinatawan ng show cause order ang nasabing laboratoryo para pagpaliwanagin kung bakit hindi dapat sila kasuhan sa improper disposal ng hazardous waste tulad ng rapid test kits.
Tatlong araw ang ibinigay na palugit para makapagpaliwanag ang laboratoryo sa insidente.
