Bagyo sa labas ng bansa, binabantayan pa rin; Habagat, nakakaapekto sa ilang parte ng bansa

Patuloy na binabantayan ng PAGASA ang bagyo na may international name na “Haishen” sa labas ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Ayon kay PAGASA weather specialist Chris Perez, huling namataan ang Severe Tropical Storm “Haishen” sa layong 2,025 kilometers Silangan ng Basco, Batanes.

Posible aniyang pumasok ng bansa ang bagyo sa Biyernes, September 4, at papangalangang “Kristine.”

Ani Perez, inaasahang lalakas pa ang bagyo ngunit hindi naman magla-landfall sa anumang parte ng bansa.

Samantala, bagamat humina na, patuloy pa ring nakakaapekto ang Southwest Monsoon o Habagat sa bahagi ng Northern at Central Luzon.

Isolated thunderstorms naman aniya ang asahang mararanasan ang ibang parte ng bansa, Miyerkules ng gabi (September 2).
