Pormal nang binuksan ang HOPE 4 facility sa Quezon City General Hospital (QCGH),

Binuksan ang pasilidad sa araw ng Martes (September 1).

Aabot sa mahigit 300 ang bed capacity sa nasabing pasilidad.

Mayroon din itong sariling dialysis center para sa pasyente na positibo sa COVID-19.
