Mahigit limang taon matapos ilunsad, pasok na sa top 10 ng Kantar-KBP Radio survey ang Radyo Inquirer 990.
Sa survey na isinagawa ng Kantar-KBP noong December 11 hanggang 17, 2015 nasa number 7 na ang Radyo Inquirer sa labingisang radio stations sa Metro Manila.
September 2015 ng ipagdiwang ng Radyo Inquirer 990 ang ika-limang anibersaryo mula nang sumahimpapawid.
Sa nasabing survey, tinalo ng Radyo Inquirer ang mga matatagal nang AM Stations gaya ng DZEM INC Radio na nasa ika-walong puwesto, DZXL RMN Manila na nasa ika-siyam na puwesto, DZAS na ika-sampu at DZME na ika-labingisa.
Nasa number 1 spot ang DZMM, number 2 ang DZBB, number 3 ang DZRH, number 4 ang DWWW na isang AM music station, number 5 ang DWXI at number 6 ang DZRV na kapwa naman religious station
At dahil music station at dalawang religious station ang nasa number 4, 5 at 6, nangangahulugang ang Radyo Inquirer ang pang-apat sa pinagkakatiwalaan at pinakikinggang News AM stations sa Metro Manila.
Ayon kay Radyo Inquirer Station Manager Jake Maderazo, ang pagpasok sa rating na ito ay bunga ng panibagong direksyon na ipinatutupad sa istasyon. “This achievement is a corporate effort that started with believing in their own people in Radyo Inquirer 990. What we did was just maximizing all our available resources while setting the station’s new directions,” ani Maderazo.
Binanggit din ni Maderazo ang paggamit ng Radyo Inquirer 990 ng iba’t ibang platforms para maiparating sa publiko ang serbisyo.
Kabilang dito ang billboards, social media, online website na radyo.inqurer.net at ang pinakabago ay ang mobile app na Radyo Inquirer na available na para sa android at IOS. “At the same time, increase our awareness to the public by using all available platforms, out of home billboards, social media, online website and now mobile phones”.
