Pinag-ibayo pa ng Cebu Pacific ang kanilang Manage Booking portal para mas makapagbigay ng kumpletong contact information ang kanilang mga pasahero.
Sinabi ni Candice Iyog, Vice President for Marketing and Customer Experience, ang pagbabago ay para na rin sa kapakanan ng mga pasahero sa tuwing may magiging pagbabago sa kanilang biyahe.
Gayundin aniya para suportahan ang contact tracing ng gobyerno sa gitna ng pandemiya.
“Now more than ever, we have seen how important it is for airlines to have accurate passenger contact information – not only to keep passengers updated on flight changes, but also to support contact tracing efforts,” aniya.
Pagbibigay suporta na rin ito, ayon pa kay Iyog, sa mga lokal na pamahalaan na nanghihingi ng passenger details bago ang biyahe.
