“The past days has been so grueling and stressful. The character assassination, trial by publicity and relentless persecution has left me in so much agony,” ani Del Rosario.

“What hurts me the most is all the negative perception that the institution that I learned to love and cherish for the past 22 years has been getting from all of these. I still believe in the relevance of this social health insurance program and I am praying so hard that PhilHealth, as an institution, eventually recover from this onslaught,” dagdag pa ni Del Rosario.

“As I cannot afford to be unemployed for the next 6 months, and understanding that the Corporation would need an SVP Legal in these trying times, I have tendered my irrevocable resignation effective August 24, 2020. This was a painful decision”. ani Del Rosario.
