Bayanihan 2 tulong din sa mga konsyumer, negosyo – Sen. Angara
Sinabi ni Senator Sonny Angara na ang Bayanihan to Recover as One Act ay hindi lang pagbibigay ayuda sa mga naapektuhan kundi makakatulong din ito sa mga negosyo at konsyumer.
Ayon kay Angara, naglaan sa panukala ng P55 bilyon para sa pautang sa mga apektadong maliliit na negosyo, gayundin sa OFWs, mga nawalan ng trabaho, maging healthcare institutions.
“Many of these businesses are bleeding and are in danger of closing shop. Their employees have likewise been affected and could also end up losing their jobs so we have to provide them with whatever assistance we could during these challenging times,” aniya.
Nakasaad din sa panukala ang 60-day grace period sa lahat ng mga utang na mapapaso bago o sa Disyembre 31, 2020.
Maging ang mga power, water at telcos ay inatasan ding magbigay ng minimum 30-day grace period para sa pagbabayad ng bills ng mga konsyumer noong ECQ at MECQ.
Maging ang pagbabayad ng mga upa sa bahay at puwesto ng negosyo ay may 30-day grace period sa batas.
