P54.6M na halaga ng smuggled na sigarilyo nakumpiska ng Customs
Nakumpiska ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) sa Port of Cebu ang mahigit P54 million na halaga ng smuggled na mga sigarilyo.
Ayon sa BOC, 1,092 na master cases ng “Astro” cigarettes ang nakumpiska na tinatayang aabot sa P54.6 Million ang halaga.
Naka-consign ito sa GRR Trading at dumating sa Port of Cebu lulan ng 40-footer container van.
Idineklara itong mga drawers, tables, cabinets, at lockers.
Noong nakaraang buwan ng Hunyo ay may nakumpiska rin sa Port of Cebu na smuggled na “Mighty” at “Marvel” cigarettes mula sa China.
