Higit 200 LGIs, pauwi na ng Zamboanga

Pauwi na ang humigit-kumulang 200 locally stranded individuals (LSIs) sa Zamboanga, araw ng Huwebes, August 20.

Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), lulan ang mga LSI ng BRP Gabriela Silang (OPV-8301).

Sinundo ng PCG bus ang unang batch ng LSIs sa Philippine Army (PA) gymnasium sa Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City at hinatid sa bahagi ng Pier 13 sa Port Area, Maynila, Huwebes ng madaling-araw.

Sunod na inihatid ang second batch ng LSIs ng mga service vehicle ng Army.

Sa gitna ng biyahe, inihanda ng gobyerno ang pagkain, matutulugan, at regular check-up sa LSIs upang matiyak ang kaligtasan laban sa COVID-19.
