Nagsagawa ng public interview ang Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) sa mga aplikante at nominado sa mababakanteng pwesto sa Korte Suprema.
Sa September 18, 2020 nakatakdang sumapit sa kaniyang compulsory retirement age si Associate Justice Jose C. Reyes Jr.
Ginawa ang online public interview sa pamamagitan ng Zoom kung saan si Court Administrator Midas Marquez ang unang sumalang sa panayam.
Sasalang din sa interview ang isa pang kandidato para sa pwesto na si Ramon Cruz.
