Isinailalim sa localized quarantine ang isang bahay sa Barangay Katuparan sa Taguig City.
Sa pahayag ng Safe City Task Force, ang sakop ng localized quarantine ay isang “home address” lamang.
Ito ay matapos na 20 residente ng nasabing bahay ang magpositibo sa COVID-19.
Ayon sa Task Force, magsisimula ang localized quarantine ngayong araw, August 19 hanggang sa September 2.
Inirekomenda ng Task Force ang agarang pagpapatupad ng lockdown para maiwasan na ang pagkakahawaan pa sa lugar.
“The unit reported that 20 members of the household tested positive, further noting that the topography around the residence and the living situation of the family can place more people at risk,” ayon sa pahayag.
Sa ilalim ng lockdown, walang papayagang lumabas at pumasok sa nasabing bahay at magtatalaga ng magbabantay na mga otoridad.
Tatanggap naman ang mga apektadong residente ng social at economic support mula sa lokal na pamahalaan.
