270 gramo ng marijuana, nasabat sa Quezon City
Nakumpiska ng mga otoridad ang mahigit-kumulang 270 gramo ng marijuana sa Quezon City, Miyerkules ng gabi.
Ayon sa National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), magkatuwang ang mga tauhan ng District Drug Enforcement Unit – Quezon City Police District (DDEU-QCPD) at Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa anti-illegal drug buy-bust operation bandang 9:00 ng gabi.
Nakilala ng pulisya ang suspek na si Emrick Aguilar, 23-anyos.
Lumabas din sa imbestigasyon na kabilang si Aguilar sa drugs watch list.
Nakuha sa suspek ang limang piraso ng plastic sealed containing dried leaves na hinihinalang marijuana, brown paper bag, pulang eco bag at isang P500 bill.
Nagkakahalaga ang nakuhang hinihinalang marijuana ng P40,500.
Nai-turnover na ang hinihinalang marijuana sa QCPD Crime Laboratory para sa isasagawang chemical analysis.
Sa ngayon, nakakulong si Aguilar District Drug Enforcement Unit Custodial Facility at mahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
