Bilang ng mga nasugatang Pinoy sa pagsabog sa Lebanon umakyat na sa 47
Nadagdagan pa ng lima ang bilang ng mga nasugatang Pinoy sa pagsabog na naganap sa Beirut, Lebanon.
Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) dahil dito, mula sa 42 at umakyat sa 47 ang bilang ng mga nasugatang Pinoy.
Sinabi ni DFA Undersecretary Sarah Lou Y. Arriola, hindi naman malubha ang kondisyon ng mga nasugatan.
“We are still thankful that the injuries sustained by our kababayans are not life-threatening. We also thank our Embassy personnel for taking prompt action,” ani Arriola.
Ngayong linggo, inaasahang maiuuwi na ang mga labi ng apat na Pinoy na pumanaw sa pagsabog.
Kasama ding iuuwi ang nasa 400 na OFWs na nag-avail ng repatriation ng pamahalaan.
“The repatriation of our kababayans from Lebanon is free. We maintain that the DFA – your DFA – works for you,” dagdag pa ni Arriola.
