Pagbabalik ni Ronald Cardema sa NYC, “prerogative” ni Pangulong Duterte ayon sa Malakanyang
“Prerogative” ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang muling pagtatalaga kay Ronald Cardema sa National Youth Commission (NYC).
Sa pahayag sinabi ni presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, na ang mga presidential appointment ay “sole” at “exclusive prerogative” ng pangulo.
Sa ilalim aniya ng Saligang Batas walang kahit na sino ang pwedeng kumwestyon dito.
Si Cardema ay napaulat na magbabalik sa NYC bilang commissioner.
Magugunitang idineklara ng Comelec na “ineligible” si Cardema para maging kinatawan ng Duterte Youth Party-list noong 2019 elections.
Ito ay dahil sa edad niya noon na 34 anyos na.
