Dating VP Jejomar Binay naghain ng petisyon sa SC vs anti-terrorism law

May panibagong petisyon muli na inihain sa Korte Suprema na kumukwestyon sa legalidad ng anti-terrorism law.

Naghain ng petisyon ngayong Huwebes (Aug. 6) ng umaga ang Concerned Lawyers for Civil Liberties (CLCL).

Kasama ng grupo sina dating Vice President Jejomar Binay, dating Senator Rene Saguisag, dating UP Law dean Pacifico Agabin, Atty. Neri Colmenares at NUPL President Edre Olalia.

Simula nang maisabatas ang anti-terrorism law ay umabot na sa 25 petisyon ang naihahain sa Korte Suprema na pawang humihiling na mapawalang-bisa ang nasabing batas dahil sa pagiging unconstitutional.
