Tatlong private emission testing centers, sinuspinde ng DOTr
Sinuspinde ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang tatlong private emission testing centers.
Ayon sa kagawaran, sa pamamagitan ng Investigation Security and Law Enforcement Staff (ISLES), naglabas ng preliminary suspension order (Department Order 2016-017) dahil sa pamemeke ng emission test results.
Kabilang sa pinatawan ng suspensyon ang mga sumusunod:
– Rañeva Enterprises, Inc.
(F. Sevilla Blvd., Cor. Leoño St., Tañong, Malabon City)
– Triple D Emission Test Center, Co.
(Cervantes Compound, San Matias, Guagua, Pampanga)
– Triple D Emission Test Center, Co.
(LTO Compound, Dolores, Capas, Tarlac)
Epektibo ang suspensyon sa loob ng 90 araw.
Babala ng DOTr sa mga IT Service Provider, posible silang mapatawan ng parusa kapag nagpatuloy sa pagproseso ng mga datos na galing sa mga suspendidong emission centers.
