P15M halaga ng high end branded na mga bag, sapatos at wallet nakumpiska ng BOC

Aabot sa P15 milllion na halaga ng high end branded na mga bag, wallet at sapatos ang nakumpiska ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport(NAIA).

Ang nasabing mga kargamento ay idineklarang “canned goods” ayon sa BOC.

Ang mga bag, sapatos at wallet ay pawang branded na Chanel, Hermes, Christian Louboutin, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Balenciaga, at iba pa.

Idineklarang de lata, shampoo at iba pang gamit ang nasabing mga kargamento na galing ng Milan, Italy.

Ito ay para makaiwas sa pagbabayad ng duties at taxes.

Isinailalim na sa seizure at forfeiture ang mga kargamento.
