Pormal nang idineklara ng Malakanyang ang July 31, 2020 araw ng Biyernes bilang regular holiday.
Kinumpirma ito ni Executive Sec. Salvador Medialdea.
Ayon kay Medialdea batay sa Presidential Proclamation No. 985 idinedeklarang regular holiday sa bansa ang July 31.
Ito ay bilang paggunita sa Eid’l Adha o Feast of Sacrifice.
