Bilang ng mga tauhan ng Coast Guard na tinamaan ng COVID-19 sumampa na sa 600

Sumampa na sa 600 ang bilang ng mga tauhan ng Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) na tinamaan ng COVID-19.

Ayon sa sa status report ng Coast Guard, nakapagtala ng 71 bagong kaso sa kanilang frontline personnel.

Sa ngayon mayroong 297 na active cases ng COVID-19 sa mga tauhan ng Coast Guard at 303 naman ang total recoveries.

Ayon sa Coast Guard ang mga bagong nagpositibo ay agad nai-pull out sa kanilang istasyon at pinagkalooban ng medical assistance at iba pang pangangailangan.

Regular ang ginagawang swab test ng PCG sa kanilang mga tauhan na nagsisilbing frontliners.

Tiniyak ng coast guard na nabibigyan sila ng sapat na pahinga, work breaks, at debriefing sessions.
