Pagsasagawa ng alternatibong uri ng aktibidad ng ilang protest organizer, welcome sa PNP

Welcome sa Philippine National Police (PNP) ang pagkakasa ng ilang protest organizers at grupo ng alternatibong uri ng aktibidad para ihayag ang saloobin sa halip na gumawa ng mass gathering o rally na mapanganib sa kalusugan.

Inihayag ito ni PNP Chief General Archie Gamboa matapos ang ika-limang State of the Nation Address (SONA) ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Binati naman ni Gamboa ang National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) at Quezon City government sa ginawang paghahanda at pagpapatupad ng maximum tolerance sa mga raliyista.

“We would like also to commend the National Capital Region Police Office and Quezon City LGU for their preparations and well-coordinated efforts in observing maximum tolerance toward protesters who followed quarantine protocols set by the IATF,” ani Gamboa.

Sinabi pa ng PNP chief na patuloy nilang ipatutupad ang batas at panuntunan para sa kaligtasan ng lahat.

Sa ika-limang SONA ng Punong Ehekutibo, umabot sa 1,790 raliyista ang sumunod sa itinakdang time limit at maayos na nag-disperse sa iba’t ibang lugar.
