Halos 2,000 pang PUJ, pinayagan nang makabiyahe ng LTRFB sa 17 ruta sa NCR
Pinayagan na ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) karagdagang 1,943 traditional Public Utility Jeepneys (PUJs) sa 17 ruta sa Metro Manila.
Ayon sa ahensiya, magsisimula ang pagbiyahe sa araw ng Miyerkules, July 29.
Sinabi ng LTFRB na mag-iisyu ng QR Code sa operator bago ang operasyon.
Kailangan itong i-print sa short bond paper size at i-display sa PUJ.
Maaaring makuha ng operator ang kanilang QR Code sa pamamagitan ng pag-download sa website ng LTFRB sa www.ltfrb.gov.ph simula sa Martes, July 28, bandang 3:00 ng hapon.
“The existing fare matrix of P9.00 for the first (4) kilometers and P1.50 for succeeding kilometer(s) shall be followed. Operators are reminded that no fare adjustment shall be applied unless approved by the Board,” ayon pa sa LTFRB.
Paalala pa ng ahensya, kailangang sumunod ng operators sa safety measures na inilabas ng Inter-Agency Task for Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) bago, sa kasagsagan at pagkatapos ng operasyon.
Kabilang dito ang pagsusui ng body temperature, pagsusuot ng face mask o shield at gloves sa lahat ng operasyon at pag-ooperate nang hanggang 50 porsyento ang kapasidad.

“Failure to comply with the conditions set forth by the Board will incur penalties from imposition of fines to cancellation or suspension of the Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) or Provisional Authority (PA),” dagdag pa ng LTFRB.
