P80,000 to P90,000 na minimum salary sa mga government doctors inihain sa Kamara

Isinusulong ni Quezon City Rep. Anthony Crisologo ang panukala upang bigyan ng malaking sahod ang mga doktor para magtrabaho sa pamahalaan.

Base sa House Bill 3923 na inihain ni Crisologo nais nito na mabigyan ng minimum na sahod na Salary Grade 24 o P80,000 hanggang P90,000 kada buwan ang mga licensed medical physicians na papasok sa gobyerno.

Sakop ng panukala ang mga doktor na regular na empleyado sa local government units at national government na nagseserbisyo ng hindi bababa sa 40 oras kada linggo.

Ang mga doktor naman na matatalaga sa mga malalayong lugar o conflict areas ay kailangang mabigyan ng subsistence allowance at hazard pay.

Sabi ni Crisologo, malaki ang pangangailangan ng bansa sa mga doktor ngayong may pandemya at kung mahihikayat ang maraming physicians na lumipat sa gobyerno ay mababawasan a ang mataas na agwat sa doctor to patient ratio.
