Fidel Agcaoili ng NDFP pumanaw sa edad na 75
Pumanaw na ang chairperson ng National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) negotiating panel na si Fidel Agcaoili.
Sa kaniyang pahayag, sinabi ni NDFP founder Jose Maria Sison na pumanaw si Agcaoili sa Utrect, The Netherlands, alas 12:45 ng tanghali ng Martes (July 23).
Ayon kay Sison, pulmonary arterial rupture na nagdulot ng massive bleeding ang dahilan ng pagkamatay ni Agcaoili.
“According to the doctor, the cause of his death was pulmonary arterial rupture which caused massive internal bleeding. It was not Covid-19 related,” ayon sa Facebook post ni Sison.
Sasapit sana sa edad na 76 si Agcaoili sa August 8.
Sinabi ni Sison na iuuwi sa Pilipinas ang mga labi ng NDFP leader dahil ito ang kahilingan ng kaniyang pamilya.
Bilang NDFP negotiator kasama si Agcaoili sa peace talks sa pagitan ng komunistang grupo at ng pamahalaan.
