Sen. Recto sa misteryosong pagkamatay ng mga preso sa Bilibid: “Picture lang sapat na”

Ito ang sinabi ni Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto kaugnay sa mga pagdududa sa pagkamatay ng ilang high profile prisoners sa National Bilibid Prison dahil sa COVID-19.
