P408,000 halaga ng shabu, nasabat sa Lapu-Lapu City

Nasamsam ang P408,000 halaga ng hinihinalang shabu sa ikinasang buy-bust operation sa Lapu-Lapu City, Huwebes ng umaga.

Ayon sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Central Visayas (PDEA RO7), ginawa ang operasyon sa bahagi ng Barangay Pajo dakong 10:45 ng umaga.

Naaresto ang suspek na si Kim Delos Santos, 42-anyos na habal-habal driver at residente ng Barangay Luz sa Cebu City.

Nakuha kay Delos Santos ang 10 packs ng hinihinalang shabu na may humigit-kumulang 60 gramo.

Nakumpiska rin sa suspek ang ginamit ang buy-bust money, isang cell phone, at isang motorcycle.

Mahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
