Contingency plan sakaling mapuno na ang mga ospital ng may COVID-19, ipinalalatag sa DOH

Pinaglalatag ng contingency plan ni House Committee on Health Chairperson at Quezon Rep. Angelina Tan ang Department of Health (DOH) ng sakaling tuluyang mapuno ang bed capacity ng mga COVID-19 referral hospitals.

Sabi ni Tan, kailangang magplano na ang pamahalaan ngayon pa lamang matapos ihayag ng ilang mga ospital sa National Capital Region na puno na ang kanilang inilaang kama para sa mga may COVID-19.

Maaari, ayon sa kongresista na isa ring doktor, na magdagdag ng COVID ward upang makapag-accommodate ng mas maraming mayroong coronavirus disease 2019.

Isa sa nakikitang solusyon naman ng DILG ayon kay Usec. Ricojudge Echieverri upang matulungan ang over capacity ng mga ospital ay ang pagtatayo ng mga isolation hospitals sa bawat LGU.

Nakikipag-ugnayan na anoya sila kay Testing Czar Vince Dizon para malaman kung magkano ang kakailanganing pondo para sa pagtatayo ng isolation hospitals.
