Drive-thru testing center sa Maynila ilulunsad ngayong araw

Nakatakdang ilunsad ngayong araw ng Manila City Government ang drive-thru COVID-19 testing center.

Ayon kay Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso, ang drive-thru testing center ay bubuksan sa tapat ng Andres Bonifacio Monument.

Bukas ang drive-thru mula alas 10:00 ng umaga hanggang alas 5:00 ng hapon.

Ayon kay Moreno, kukuha ang mga tauhan ng Manila Health Department ng mga blood samples sa mga dadaan sa drive-thru at ipoproseso ito sa mga bagong biling COVID-19 serology testing machines.

Ang apat na makina mula sa American healthcare firm na Abbott ay may kakayanang makapagproseso ng 89,600 tests sa isang buwan.

Ayon sa alkalde maliban sa mga residente ng Maynila ay pwedeng dumaan sa drive-thru testing center kahit ang mga hindi taga-Maynila.

Ang mga walang sasakyan o hindi makadadaan sa drive-thru testing center ay ire-refer naman sa mga sumusunod na pasilidad:

-Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center
-Ospital ng Sampaloc
-Ospital ng Maynila
-Any health center near their residence
