Tropical Depression Carina, humina na at isa na lang LPA

Tuluyan nang humina ang Tropical Depression Carina, ayon sa PAGASA.

Sa severe weathet bulletin bandang 11:00 ng gabi, isa na lamang itong low pressure area (LPA).

Huling namataan ang sentro ng LPA sa layong 170 kilometers Hilagang-Kanluran ng Basco, Batanes bandang 10:00 ng gabi.

Gayunman, mararanasan pa rin ang moderate to rough seas sa seaboards ng Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Cagayan kabilang ang Babuyan Islands, at Isabela sa susunod na 24 oras.

Inalerto pa rin ang mga maliliit na sasakyang-pandagat ukol dito.
