Singapore, nakapagtala ng higit 300 pang kaso

Mahigit 300 ang bagong naitalang kaso ng Coronavirus Disease o COVID-19 sa Singapore.

Batay sa anunsiyo, sinabi ng Ministry of Health sa Singapore na nakapagtala ng karagdagang 347 na kaso hanggang 12:00, Martes ng tanghali (July 14).

Karamihan anila sa mga bagong kaso ay Work Permit holders na nakatira sa foreign worker dormitories.

“Based on our investigations so far, there are seven case in the community, of whom one is a Singaporeans/Permanent Residents and six are Work Pass holders,” ayon pa sa Ministry of Health ng naturang bansa.

Maliban dito, mayroon ding dalawang imported case na inilagay sa Stay-Home Notice o isolation pagkadating sa Singapore.

“We have to date tested and cleared more than 215,000 workers (or two-thirds of those living in dormitories). Work is ongoing to prepare these dormitories to be declared cleared, and for workers to resume work,” pahayag nito.

Sa mga susunod na araw, inaasahang mas malaking populasyon pa ng migrant workers sa mga dormitoryo ang makakakumpleto ng isolation period at masusuri para sa COVID-19.

Sa ngayon, inaayos pa anila ang karagdagan pang detalye sa mga bagong kaso.

Sa kabuuan, pumalo na sa 46,630 ang confirmed COVID-19 cases sa Singapore.
